All orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or Swiss public holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES:

We ship all parcels via Swiss Post.

Note: Delivery times are estimates. While Swiss Post is highly reliable, external factors such as local postal delays or customs processing in the destination country may occasionally extend these windows.

SHIPPING RATES:

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.

RETURNS & REFUNDS:

Items are shipped from Switzerland. All sales are final. At this time we cannot process any returns or refunds.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES:

SELFTALK is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

• USA Customers: Most orders under $800 USD typically enter the USA duty-free. However, local state taxes may still apply.

• EU Customers: Orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). You may be charged local VAT and a handling fee by your national postal service upon delivery.

TRACKING:

Tracking numbers are issued for international shipments via email upon the release of your item. Once the item is in transit, check with the Swiss Post directly with any further enquiries regarding the shipment.

EDITING ORDERS & ADDRESS:

Check your billing and shipping information carefully. Your information cannot be altered once the purchase is finalized.
